Baron Geisler

Baron Geisler is a prominent Filipino actor, commercial model, and occasional mixed martial artist who has built a reputation as one of the most versatile and intense performers in Philippine cinema and television. Rising to fame as a child star in the late 1990s as part of the youth-oriented variety show 'Ang TV', he quickly transitioned into serious dramatic roles, earning critical acclaim for his raw and emotionally charged acting. Despite navigating significant personal controversies and public struggles with substance abuse throughout his career, Geisler has consistently proven his resilience and exceptional talent, staging major comebacks in both indie films and blockbuster television series. In recent years, Geisler has experienced a major career resurgence, particularly noted for his compelling portrayal of antagonists and complex anti-heroes. His unforgettable performance as the villain in the blockbuster action-drama series 'The General's Daughter' (2019) and his nuanced role in the hit series 'FPJ's Ang Probinsyano' cemented his status as a dramatic heavyweight. Beyond Philippine shores, he gained international recognition for his gripping performance in the critically acclaimed Netflix crime-thriller film 'Day Zero' (2022). Today, Geisler is celebrated not only for his enduring cinematic contributions but also for his personal redemption, advocacy for mental health, and dedication to his craft.
