Set in the cutthroat corporate world of a top-tier advertising agency, 'Agency' follows Go Ah-in, a woman who breaks the glass ceiling to become the first female executive at VC Group. Starting from the bottom with nothing but sheer determination and a relentless drive for success, Ah-in aims for the highest position in the company. Along the way, she crosses paths and engages in fierce power struggles with Choi Chang-su, the director of planning who harbors his own ambitions, and Kang Han-na, a chaebol third-generation influencer whose unpredictable presence shakes up the corporate hierarchy. The series delves deep into the intense psychological warfare, strategic maneuvering, and personal sacrifices made behind the polished facade of successful ad campaigns. As Ah-in navigates office politics, corporate espionage, and her own inner demons, she must prove that her rise to the top was earned through unyielding competence rather than luck. 'Agency' offers a sharp, engaging look at ambition, gender dynamics in the workplace, and the relentless pursuit of power.
