All Men Are Brothers is a sprawling epic based on the classic Chinese literary masterpiece 'Water Margin' by Shi Nai'an. Set during the Northern Song Dynasty, the narrative follows the lives and struggles of 108 outlaws who gather at Mount Liang to form a formidable rebel army. Driven by corruption in the imperial court and the oppression of the common people, these diverse individuals—ranging from disgraced officials and skilled warriors to monks and bandits—unite under a common cause to fight against injustice. The series meticulously chronicles the individual backstories of the heroes, detailing their paths to rebellion and their eventual convergence at the Liangshan Marsh. As they navigate political intrigue, military campaigns, and personal moral dilemmas, the characters must balance their individual codes of honor with the collective goal of challenging the corrupt government. The drama serves as a profound exploration of loyalty, brotherhood, and the tragic cost of defiance against a crumbling empire.
