Angel from Hell follows the unlikely friendship between Amy, a chaotic and eccentric woman who claims to be a guardian angel, and Allison, a perfectionist and high-achieving dermatologist. After Amy inserts herself into Allison's life, she begins to offer unsolicited advice and bizarre interventions, leaving Allison to constantly question whether Amy is truly a divine messenger or simply suffering from a mental health crisis. As the series progresses, the two women navigate the complexities of their personal lives, with Amy attempting to guide Allison toward a more spontaneous and fulfilling existence. The central conflict revolves around the mystery of Amy's true identity and the friction between Allison's structured world and Amy's unpredictable, often destructive, methods of 'protection.'
