Baka and Test: Summon the Beasts

Fumizuki Academy is a unique school that uses a specialized testing system to rank its students. The top-performing students in Class A are provided with luxurious facilities and advanced technology, while the students in the lowest-ranked Class F are forced to endure dilapidated furniture and tatami mats. To bridge the gap, students can engage in 'Summoner Battles,' where they manifest miniature avatars whose strength is determined by their most recent test scores. The story follows Akihisa Yoshii, a dim-witted student in Class F who is determined to help his friends climb the academic ladder. Alongside his classmates, including the brilliant but socially awkward Mizuki Himeji and the hot-headed Yuuji Sakamoto, Akihisa navigates the chaotic, hilarious, and often absurd battles against higher-ranked classes. As they strive to improve their classroom conditions, they find themselves entangled in romantic misunderstandings, intense rivalries, and the constant threat of academic failure.
