Best Chicken follows the story of Park Choi-go, a young corporate employee who decides to quit his stable job to pursue his ultimate dream of opening a high-end chicken restaurant. Alongside him is Seo Bo-ah, an aspiring webtoon artist who has become a reclusive hermit hiding inside the public bathhouse inherited from her grandfather. After Bo-ah discovers Choi-go's plans to take over the building, she tries everything to get rid of him, only to slowly become entangled in his ambitious business and life. As the two work side by side, they face various personal and professional hurdles, including fierce culinary competition, family expectations, and the complexities of young adulthood. The series blends mouth-watering food preparation scenes with a heartwarming romance and themes of perseverance, healing, and chasing one's true passion.
