Set in the fictional Harbor City, 'Black & White' follows the explosive partnership of two completely contrasting police detectives: Pi-tzu, a charismatic, womanizing cop who relies on information networks and corruption to climb the ranks, and Chen Ying, an intense, idealistic, and by-the-book martial arts expert who was transferred due to his violent temper. Forced to work together by their captain, the duo stumbles into a massive international conspiracy involving a powerful bioterrorism syndicate known as the 'Triforce', corrupted high-ranking government officials, and their own mysterious pasts. As they delve deeper into the cases, the line between good and evil blurs, and they realize that everyone—including people they trusted—might be connected to the sprawling criminal enterprise. The series blends high-octane martial arts choreography, gunfights, and complex emotional storytelling as Pi-tzu and Chen Ying struggle to maintain their moral compass while fighting a war on multiple fronts against an invisible enemy.
