Blood Blockade Battlefront follows the story of Hellsalem's Lot, a city formerly known as New York, which was transformed overnight when a mysterious portal opened, trapping otherworldly creatures and humans together in a bubble of supernatural chaos. To maintain order, a secret organization known as Libra employs individuals with superhuman abilities to prevent the city's madness from spilling out into the rest of the world. The narrative centers on Leonardo Watch, a young photographer who arrives in the city to find a cure for his sister's blindness. After a mysterious entity grants him the 'All-Seeing Eyes of the Gods,' he is inadvertently recruited into Libra. Alongside the charismatic leader Klaus V. Reinherz and a colorful cast of eccentric fighters, Leo navigates the dangerous, neon-drenched streets of Hellsalem's Lot, battling eldritch horrors and criminal syndicates while searching for the truth behind his ocular powers.
