Braquo

Created by Olivier Marchal, Braquo is a gritty French crime drama series that follows a unit of four ambitious and morally flexible police officers working in the suburbs of Paris. When their squad leader, Max Vogel, commits suicide after being wrongfully accused of corruption, the remaining members—Eddy Caplan, Walter Morlighem, Théo Vachewski, and Roxane Delgado—go to extreme, often illegal lengths to clear his name and restore his honor. As the series progresses, the team finds themselves constantly crossing the line between law enforcement and criminality. They routinely use intimidation, brute force, and cover-ups, which draws the intense scrutiny of Internal Affairs (IGPN) and makes them enemies of both dangerous criminal syndicates and corrupt higher-ups within the police hierarchy. Driven by loyalty to one another and desperation, the characters descend deeper into a spiral of violence, betrayal, and high-stakes survival.
