Kardeş Payı is a critically acclaimed Turkish cult comedy series that follows Metin, Ali, and Feyyaz, three siblings who are down-on-their-luck plumbers trying to invent a water-powered engine to solve the world's energy crisis and bring peace to humanity. Despite their grand ambitions and philosophical musings, they are stuck dealing with everyday financial struggles, eccentric neighbors, and local mobsters in a working-class Istanbul neighborhood. Created by the visionary team behind 'İşler Güçler' and 'Leyla ile Mecnun'—led by director and writer Selçuk Aydemir—the series is renowned for its sharp, absurdist humor, deep social commentary, and unexpected emotional depth. The brothers navigate love, family expectations, and capitalist pressures while refusing to abandon their pipe dream of changing the world.
