Capadocia

Capadocia is a gritty, high-stakes Mexican drama series set within a fictional experimental women's prison in Mexico City. The facility is the centerpiece of a corrupt political and corporate scheme, where the inmates are used as cheap labor for a textile factory. The series explores the intersection of power, corruption, and the personal struggles of the women incarcerated there, highlighting the systemic failures of the justice system. The narrative centers on Teresa Lagos, a human rights activist who attempts to reform the prison system, and Federico Márquez, the ambitious man behind the prison's creation. As the series progresses, the lives of the inmates—each with their own tragic backstory—become deeply intertwined with the political machinations of those running the prison, leading to a complex exploration of morality, survival, and the search for redemption in a world where justice is often for sale.
