Together, they unravel intricate conspiracies that reach the highest levels of government. Each season focuses on a singular, overarching mystery while weaving in episodic cases that highlight the social and economic disparities fueling the city's crime wave, ultimately questioning whether true justice is possible when the law itself is compromised.
