Destined to Be Yours

Destined to Be Yours is a Philippine romantic-comedy television series starring real-life sweethearts Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza (collectively known as AlDub). The story follows Benjie Rosales, an ambitious architect from Manila who is city-bred and focused on his career, and Sinag Obispo, a spirited community radio DJ living in the province of Pelangi who is deeply connected to her roots and local heritage. Their paths cross when Benjie is sent to Pelangi to oversee a controversial real estate development project that threatens to displace Sinag's community. Initially clashing due to their contrasting backgrounds, personalities, and goals, the two find themselves drawn to each other as they navigate local politics, family expectations, and the mysterious string of coincidences that seems to tie their lives together. As the project progresses, Benjie must choose between his loyalty to his family's company and his growing love for Sinag and her hometown.
