Dexter: New Blood

Set ten years after Dexter Morgan went missing in the eye of Hurricane Laura, the series finds him living under an assumed name, Jim Lindsay, in the fictional small town of Iron Lake, New York. Having suppressed his 'Dark Passenger' and successfully integrated into the community as a local shopkeeper, Dexter maintains a quiet life and a budding romance with the town's police chief, Angela Bishop. However, his carefully constructed facade begins to crumble when a series of mysterious disappearances and the unexpected arrival of his estranged son, Harrison, threaten to expose his past. As the ghosts of his previous life resurface, Dexter is forced to grapple with the temptation to return to his lethal habits. The conflict intensifies as he navigates the dangers of a local predator while trying to bond with a son who shares his own troubled history. The series serves as a limited-series revival that aims to provide a definitive conclusion to the saga of the iconic vigilante serial killer.
