Doctor X Season 7

Set against the unprecedented backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, Season 7 of the long-running medical drama follows the fierce freelance surgeon Michiko Daimon as she returns to the prestigious Totei University Hospital. The institution is undergoing a massive power struggle and financial crisis, increasingly leaning toward infection control and internal corporate politics over direct patient care. As the hospital becomes controlled by new director Hiroshi Hachiko and infectious disease specialist Akira Hoshizaki, Michiko remains steadfast in her refusal to compromise, operating on critical patients with her razor-sharp skill while boldly declaring her famous catchphrase: 'I never fail.'
