Set in the wacky and eccentric Penguin Village, the series follows the misadventures of Senbei Norimaki, a brilliant yet perverted and clumsy scientist often referred to as 'Dr. Slump', and his greatest creation: Arale Norimaki, an energetic, super-powered, and incredibly naive android girl. Disguised as his younger sister to fool the villagers, Arale possesses unfathomable strength that frequently causes accidental destruction wherever she goes. Alongside a colorful cast of eccentric neighbors, talking animals, and superheroes, Senbei and Arale navigate a world where sci-fi absurdities meet everyday comedic chaos.
