Finder of Lost Loves is an American romantic drama television series created by Aaron Spelling that aired on ABC during the 1984–1985 television season. The series follows Cary Maxwell, a successful San Francisco psychologist who, after the tragic death of his wife, establishes a unique dating and counseling agency with his business partner. The agency specifically helps people track down and reconnect with past loves, long-lost flames, and former partners. Each episode focuses on the emotional journey of various clients who walk through the agency's doors seeking closure, reconciliation, or a second chance at romance. While assisting others in navigating their complicated histories and lingering heartaches, Cary and his associates must also confront their own personal vulnerabilities, past relationship regrets, and the challenges of moving forward in their own lives.
