First Wave

First Wave is a science fiction television series that follows Harry Foster, a former security specialist for a major corporation whose life is turned upside down when he discovers a terrifying extraterrestrial conspiracy. After his wife is murdered and he is framed for the crime, Harry goes on the run, uncovering evidence that an alien race known as the Gua has infiltrated Earth to prepare for a full-scale invasion. Using his skills and the cryptic journals of the 16th-century prophet Nostradamus, Harry attempts to expose the truth while evading both the authorities and the shape-shifting alien infiltrators. As the series progresses, Harry teams up with a cynical, tech-savvy hacker known as 'Crazy Eddie' and a mysterious Gua defector named Jordan. Together, they work to thwart the aliens' incremental plans to destabilize human society through environmental manipulation, biological warfare, and social engineering. The show explores themes of paranoia, surveillance, and the struggle to maintain one's humanity in the face of an invisible, existential threat that has already integrated itself into the highest levels of human government and industry.
