Fit Check: Confessions of an Ukay-Ukay Queen

Fit Check: Confessions of an Ukay Ukay Queen follows the vibrant and tumultuous life of Melanie, an ambitious young woman with a sharp eye for fashion who rises through the ranks in the local thrift (ukay-ukay) industry. Set against the colorful backdrop of the Philippines' bustling secondhand fashion markets and the cutthroat corporate retail world, the series explores themes of family, class disparity, and self-reinvention. As Melanie builds her burgeoning fashion empire, she must navigate complex romantic entanglements and family expectations while contending with industry elites who look down on her humble beginnings. The arrival of a charismatic corporate heir threatens to upend her plans, forcing her to choose between chasing high-society validation and staying true to her authentic roots and the community that raised her.
