Five Nights at Freddy's

Although primarily known as a globally acclaimed multimedia and film franchise, Five Nights at Freddy's follows the harrowing experiences of night security guards working at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, a struggling family entertainment center. The protagonist, Mike Schmidt, takes the job to support his younger sister Abby after gaining custody, unaware of the dark history haunting the establishment. He soon discovers that the restaurant's beloved animatronic mascots—Freddy Fazbear, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy—come to life at night and are possessed by the spirits of murdered children seeking vengeance against their killer, William Afton. Throughout the narrative, Mike must navigate terrifying nocturnal shifts, battling both the deadly animatronics and his own traumatic past involving the disappearance of his younger brother. As he delves deeper into the restaurant's twisted secrets, he crosses paths with local police officer Vanessa Shelly, who holds a deeply guarded connection to the facility's grim legacy. The overarching conflict pits the surviving humans against the supernatural machinations of Afton, operating under the guise of career counselor Steve Raglan, leading to a desperate fight for survival.
