From Today, It's My Turn!!

Set in the 1980s, the series follows Takashi Mitsuhashi, an ordinary-looking high school student who decides to use his transfer to a new school as an opportunity to reinvent himself as a violent delinquent. Sporting a flashy blonde perm, he teams up with Shinji Ito, a spiky-haired fellow transfer student with a strong sense of justice. Together, the dynamic duo navigates the chaotic hierarchy of rival high schools, turf wars, and bizarre encounters with local gangs, all while trying to maintain their infamous reputations. Adapted from the classic manga by Hiroyuki Nishimori, the story balances over-the-top martial arts action, slapstick comedy, and genuine camaraderie. Mitsuhashi relies on cunning, trickery, and sheer cowardice to survive, while Ito fights with honorable directness. As they clash with formidable opponents like the brute-force students of Niga High and the soft-spoken yet terrifying Akasaka martial artist Riko, the two friends become the most notorious legends of the Chiba prefecture high school delinquent scene.
