Generator Rex

Set in a world where global catastrophic events were caused by nanites—microscopic nanobots that infected every living creature—the series follows Rex Salazar, a fifteen-year-old amnesiac who is an Omega-Nanite. Unlike most humans or animals who mutate into monstrous, aggressive creatures known as E.V.O.s (Exponentially Variegated Organisms) upon infection, Rex has the unique ability to consciously control his nanites to grow incredible, mechanical super-powers and machinery from his body, as well as cure other E.V.O.s of their mutations. Working alongside an international clandestine organization called Providence, led by the stern Agent Six, Rex travels the globe fighting rogue E.V.O.s, uncovering secrets about his mysterious past, and clashing with his nemesis, Van Kleiss. Alongside a quirky supporting cast including Noah Nixon, Dr. Holiday, and a mutated chimpanzee named Bobo Haha, Rex must balance his duty to save humanity with his desire to discover who he really is and where he came from.
