Ghost Asylum

Ghost Asylum follows the Tennessee Wraith Chasers, a team of paranormal investigators who specialize in exploring some of the most haunted and abandoned asylums, sanitariums, and prisons in the United States. Unlike traditional ghost hunting shows that focus primarily on communication, this team utilizes their unique background in construction and engineering to build custom traps designed to capture paranormal entities. Each episode features the team researching the dark history of a location before conducting an overnight lockdown. They combine high-tech equipment with their signature 'wraith traps' to attempt to contain the spirits they encounter. The series highlights the intense physical and psychological challenges of investigating decaying, dangerous structures while dealing with aggressive paranormal activity.
