"Greg the Bunny" is a satirical live-action/puppet comedy that explores the behind-the-scenes chaos of a children's television show called "Sweetknuckle Junction." The series follows Greg, an optimistic and slightly neurotic plush rabbit puppet, as he navigates the bizarre realities of working alongside humans in the entertainment industry. Alongside his cynical ferret roommate, Warren Demeray, and exasperated human co-star Jimmy Bender, Greg tries to make sense of a world that blends mundane sitcom tropes with surreal puppet-human coexistence. The core conflict revolves around the struggles of maintaining professional and personal sanity in a low-budget, chaotic studio environment under the constant pressure of network executives and eccentric crew members. The show cleverly parodies television production, pop culture, and the absurdity of modern life through the unique lens of anthropomorphic creatures living openly among humans. Created by Seth Green, Spencer Green, and Dan Milano, the series originated as a local public access show before transitioning to Fox and later IFC, earning a cult following for its sharp, subversive humor.
