Guidance

Guidance is a digital-first teen drama series that explores the complex lives of high school students through the lens of a school guidance counselor. The series centers on the aftermath of a scandalous photo that goes viral, exposing the hidden lives, insecurities, and social hierarchies within a suburban high school. As the counselor attempts to navigate the fallout, the narrative shifts perspectives to reveal the truth behind the students' actions. Each episode focuses on a different student, peeling back the layers of their public personas to reveal the pressures of academic expectations, social media influence, and personal trauma. The show serves as a raw examination of the digital age's impact on adolescent development, highlighting how quickly reputations can be destroyed and how difficult it is to find genuine support in a hyper-connected environment.
