Heart and Greed

Overview

Heart and Greed is the third installment of the iconic TVB 'Heart of Greed' series. The story centers on the conflict between two families: the traditional, tea-restaurant-owning Wong family and the elite, high-society Hui family. After the Wong family patriarch, Wong Wing-ching, saves the life of his long-time friend, Hui Ngor-chak, the two families decide to merge their businesses. However, the cultural and social divide between the two families leads to intense friction, power struggles, and betrayal. As the families attempt to integrate their operations, the younger generation finds themselves caught in the crossfire of corporate ambition and forbidden romance. The series explores themes of gratitude, social hierarchy, and the corrupting influence of greed, as the families navigate internal sabotage and external threats that jeopardize their legacies and personal relationships.
