Heartbreak High

Heartbreak High is a gritty, high-stakes reboot of the iconic 1994 Australian series. Set at Hartley High, the story begins when a secret map of all the hook-ups occurring in the school is discovered on a classroom wall. The map exposes the messy, complicated, and often scandalous romantic lives of the students, leading to immediate social fallout and the forced enrollment of the map's creators, Amerie and Harper, into a new sexual literacy program. As the students navigate the aftermath of the 'map' scandal, the series delves into the complexities of modern adolescence, including themes of identity, neurodivergence, sexuality, and systemic social issues. The show follows a diverse group of teenagers as they struggle to find their place in a world that feels increasingly chaotic, all while dealing with the pressures of school, family expectations, and the intense emotional turbulence of their formative years.
