High & Low Season 1

Following the collapse of the legendary gang Mugen, the area formerly under their control is divided into five territories, each ruled by a powerful gang: Sannoh Rengokai, White Rascals, Oya Kohkoh, Rude Boys, and Daruma Ikka. Collectively known as the S.W.O.R.D. district, these groups maintain a fragile balance of power while navigating internal rivalries and external threats from the Kuryu Group, a powerful yakuza syndicate seeking to redevelop the land. The series follows the interconnected lives of the leaders and members of these gangs as they struggle to protect their turf and their own codes of honor. As the Kuryu Group intensifies its efforts to seize control, the S.W.O.R.D. factions must decide whether to continue their violent infighting or unite against a common enemy that threatens the very existence of their home.
