Hungry Ghosts

Set in Melbourne, Australia, during the Hungry Ghost Festival, the series follows the lives of ten Australian-Asian individuals and families whose lives are upended when a tragedy in Vietnam decades earlier unleashes a vengeful spirit. Seeking closure and retribution, the spirit causes chaos and forces the descendants to confront unresolved traumas, cultural identity clashes, and dark family secrets. As the supernatural phenomena escalate, an eclectic group of characters must work together to understand the ancient rituals needed to appease the restless dead before it's too late.
