Hyena follows the cutthroat lives of lawyers who represent the top 1% of society. Jung Geum-ja is a tenacious and unconventional attorney who will stop at nothing, including crossing ethical boundaries, to win her cases and make money. Her world collides with Yoon Hee-jae, an elite, arrogant, and highly successful lawyer from a prestigious firm who prides himself on his intellect and refined methods. As the two become rivals, they are forced to navigate complex legal battles, corporate conspiracies, and personal vendettas. The series explores the stark contrast between their methods—Geum-ja's street-smart survival instincts versus Hee-jae's textbook legal brilliance—as they eventually find themselves entangled in a high-stakes power struggle that challenges their professional integrity and personal feelings for one another.
