Koala Man follows Kevin Williams, a middle-aged suburban dad who lives a not-so-secret identity as the titular superhero. Living in the Australian town of Dapto, Kevin is obsessed with rules and petty crime, often escalating minor neighborhood inconveniences into full-blown superhero battles. Despite having no actual superpowers, he is determined to clean up the streets and bring justice to his community, often to the chagrin of his long-suffering family. The series explores the absurdity of suburban life through a satirical lens, as Kevin faces off against various villains, ranging from local council members to supernatural threats. As he struggles to balance his domestic responsibilities with his vigilante crusade, the show highlights the disconnect between his grandiose self-image and the mundane reality of his existence in the Australian suburbs.
