Kurosagi

Kurosagi follows the life of Kurosaki, a young man whose family was destroyed by a professional fraudster known as a 'shirosagi' (white swindler). Consumed by a desire for vengeance, Kurosaki becomes a 'kurosagi' (black swindler), a specialized con artist who targets only other swindlers to steal back the money they have stolen from their victims. He operates in the shadows, using his intellect and mastery of disguise to dismantle criminal networks while evading the law. As he navigates the treacherous underworld of high-stakes fraud, Kurosaki crosses paths with Tsurara Yoshikawa, a young woman studying to become a prosecutor who strongly opposes his illegal methods. Their complex relationship serves as the moral anchor of the series, highlighting the tension between justice and retribution. Throughout his journey, Kurosaki must outsmart both his criminal targets and the police, all while grappling with the trauma of his past and the ethical ambiguity of his chosen path.
