Le temps est assassin

Set against the stunning backdrop of Corsica, the series follows Clotilde Baron, the sole survivor of a tragic car accident that killed her parents and brother twenty-five years ago. Returning to the island with her husband and teenage daughter, Clotilde is haunted by the past when she receives a mysterious letter that appears to have been written by her mother, who supposedly died in the crash. This discovery forces her to confront long-buried family secrets and the dark history of her ancestral home. As Clotilde begins to investigate the events of that fateful summer in 1994, she uncovers a web of lies, betrayal, and hidden motives involving her own relatives and the local community. The narrative masterfully weaves between the past and the present, revealing how the trauma of the accident shaped her life and how the truth behind the tragedy is far more dangerous than she ever imagined. As she digs deeper, she realizes that someone is desperate to keep the past hidden, putting her and her family in grave danger.
