Love in Frequency

Set against the backdrop of a declining late-night radio station, 'Love in Frequency' follows Lin Xiaoxiao, a passionate young audio engineer, and Lu Zhiyuan, a cold and analytical sound designer who is brought in to restructure the station for the digital age. Initially clashing over their opposing views on broadcasting and human connection, the two are forced to collaborate on a special midnight confessions program that unexpectedly touches the hearts of listeners across the city. As the show gains viral popularity, personal secrets and past heartbreaks surface, forcing both Lin Xiaoxiao and Lu Zhiyuan to confront their deepest vulnerabilities. Amid late-night broadcasts, cassette tapes, and ambient city sounds, they discover that love, much like radio waves, requires the right alignment to be clearly heard. The series explores themes of modern loneliness, healing through art, and the enduring power of human voices in a digitized world.
