Mad Love is a romantic comedy series that follows the lives of four New Yorkers—two best friends and two colleagues—as they navigate the complexities of dating and relationships in the city. The story centers on Ben, a hopeless romantic who falls instantly for Kate, a woman he meets atop the Empire State Building. Their budding romance is constantly observed and commented upon by their cynical best friends, Connie and Larry. As Ben and Kate attempt to build a serious relationship, they must contend with the conflicting advice and eccentric personalities of their friends. Larry, a blunt and often abrasive lawyer, and Connie, a sharp-witted and skeptical woman, serve as the comedic foils to the central couple's idealism. The series explores the highs and lows of modern courtship, highlighting the balance between finding true love and maintaining one's sanity in the chaotic environment of Manhattan.
