Overview

My Dear Boy follows the life of Luo Xiao Fei, a successful but emotionally guarded commercial director who has become cynical about love after a series of failed relationships. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she meets An Qing Hui, a much younger, naive, and idealistic college student who is struggling to find his own path in life. Their chance encounter at a bar sparks an unlikely connection that challenges their perspectives on maturity, ambition, and the true meaning of companionship. As the story progresses, the series explores the complexities of the age gap between the two leads, as well as the societal pressures they face. Xiao Fei must learn to let go of her past traumas and embrace vulnerability, while Qing Hui navigates the transition from adolescence to adulthood. Through their evolving relationship, both characters undergo significant personal growth, learning to support each other's dreams while confronting the realities of their respective worlds.
