My Shy Boss

Eun Hwan-ki is the CEO of a public relations firm, but he is pathologically shy, introverted, and prefers to remain hidden from the world. His employees view him as a cold and arrogant ghost, unaware that his reclusive nature stems from deep-seated social anxiety. His life takes a turn when the vibrant and outgoing Chae Ro-woon joins his company. Chae Ro-woon is a high-energy, charismatic new recruit who is determined to uncover the truth behind her sister's tragic suicide, which she blames on Hwan-ki. As she aggressively pursues him to bring him out of his shell, the two begin to unravel the misunderstandings of the past. Through their clashing personalities, Hwan-ki begins a journey of personal growth, learning to step into the light while Ro-woon discovers the gentle heart hidden beneath his silent exterior.
