N no Tame ni is a suspenseful mystery drama that revolves around a murder case involving four individuals whose names all begin with the letter 'N'. The story unfolds through a complex narrative structure, shifting between the past and the present to reveal the hidden motives and deep-seated connections between Sugishita Nozomi, Naruse Shinji, Ando Nozomi, and Nishizaki Masato. As the investigation into the death of the Noguchi couple progresses, the truth behind a secret pact made years ago begins to surface. The series explores themes of sacrificial love, trauma, and the moral ambiguity of protecting those we hold dear. Each character carries a heavy burden from their upbringing, leading them to form an unconventional bond that ultimately culminates in a tragic event. As the mystery unravels, the audience is forced to question the true meaning of 'for the sake of' and whether the actions taken in the name of love can ever be truly justified.
