Nurses

Nurses follows five young, dedicated nurses working on the frontlines of a busy downtown Toronto hospital. As they navigate the high-stakes environment of the emergency department, they must balance the intense pressures of their professional responsibilities with the complexities of their personal lives. Each nurse brings a unique background and set of motivations to the job, forcing them to confront their own vulnerabilities while fighting to save their patients. Throughout the series, the group forms a tight-knit bond, relying on each other to cope with the emotional toll of their work. From dealing with difficult medical cases and ethical dilemmas to managing office politics and romantic entanglements, the team learns that the hospital is not just a place of healing, but a crucible that tests their resilience, integrity, and commitment to their calling.
