Set in a sprawling near-future metropolis governed by an advanced algorithmic legal system known as 'The Ledger', 'Order and Disorder' follows a disillusioned senior investigator and a brilliant, rebellious data anarchist. When a series of high-profile crimes reveals a catastrophic flaw in the city's predictive justice algorithm, the two are forced into an uneasy alliance. As they dig deeper, they uncover a sprawling conspiracy orchestrated by the city's elite to manipulate social order for absolute control. Throughout the intense cat-and-mouse narrative, the series explores themes of free will, morality, and systemic corruption. The protagonists must navigate deadly corporate operatives, moral gray areas, and their own conflicting ideologies. With time running out before the system's next major purge, they must decide whether to restore the broken order or let the city plunge into chaotic liberation.
