Partisan

Set in the idyllic yet unsettling gated community of Jordmärket in rural Sweden, 'Partisan' follows Johnny, a drifter who takes a job at a major organic farming collective run by the charismatic and strict Nicole. Beneath the surface of the seemingly utopian farm, which exports produce across Europe, lies a dark, secretive operation involving human trafficking and exploitation. As Johnny tries to uncover the truth and survive within the compound's rigid hierarchy, he forms a bond with two young girls brought to the farm under false pretenses. The series explores themes of surveillance, isolation, and moral compromise as Johnny navigates a dangerous web of deception, testing his own murky past against the insidious control exerted by the community's leaders.
