Pasabuy

Set against the backdrop of the global pandemic, 'Pasabuy' follows the story of Anna, a high-flying corporate executive who finds herself stranded in a beachside resort town during a sudden lockdown. Tasked with managing her remote work amidst unstable internet connection, she crosses paths with John, a laid-back local resort caretaker who runs a community delivery service known as 'pasabuy' (buying goods on behalf of others). As Anna relies increasingly on John to procure essential supplies, their initial professional friction gradually melts into witty banter and deep emotional connection. The series explores themes of isolation, resilience, and unexpected romance as both characters confront their past choices, healing from personal heartbreaks while navigating the quirks of quarantine life alongside a colorful ensemble of resort residents and stranded travelers.
