Roadies follows the day-to-day life of the unsung heroes who work behind the scenes of a successful arena-touring rock band, The Staton-House Band. The series focuses on the tight-knit, dysfunctional family of crew members who handle the technical, logistical, and emotional challenges of life on the road. Led by tour manager Bill Hanson and production manager Shelli Anderson, the team navigates the high-pressure environment of the music industry while dealing with personal baggage and the constant threat of the tour falling apart. Created by Cameron Crowe, the show explores the deep bonds formed between people who live their lives in transit. As they move from city to city, the characters grapple with the realities of aging, the sacrifices made for their passion, and the unique camaraderie that develops when your coworkers are your only family. The series blends music, humor, and drama to provide an intimate look at the people who make the magic happen from the shadows of the stage.
