Sanrio Boys

Sanrio Boys follows the lives of five high school students who each harbor a secret love for a specific Sanrio character. Kouta Hasegawa, who has felt embarrassed about his fondness for Pompompurin since childhood, finds his life changing when he meets Yuu Mizuno, a boy who openly loves My Melody. Together, they form a bond that encourages them to embrace their interests without shame. As the group expands to include Shunsuke Yoshino, Ryo Nishimiya, and Seiichiro Minamoto, the boys navigate the typical challenges of adolescence, including academic pressure, social expectations, and personal insecurities. Through their shared passion for Sanrio mascots, they learn the importance of self-acceptance, the value of male friendship, and the courage to be true to oneself despite societal pressures.
