Shadow of Justice

Overview

Shadow of Justice follows the life of Lin Chen, a brilliant but disgraced former prosecutor who is forced to operate in the gray areas of the law after a high-profile corruption case destroys his career. Haunted by the failure to convict a powerful syndicate leader, Lin Chen establishes a private investigation firm that specializes in cases the police refuse to touch, often crossing ethical lines to ensure that justice is served for the marginalized. As he digs deeper into the city's criminal underworld, he uncovers a vast conspiracy linking the judiciary, local government, and organized crime. Alongside a determined young journalist and a disillusioned police detective, Lin Chen must navigate a web of betrayal and moral ambiguity. The series explores the thin line between vengeance and justice, questioning whether one can truly uphold the law when the system itself is fundamentally broken.
