Should We Kiss First?

Should We Kiss First? is a poignant, mature melodrama that explores the lives of two lonely, middle-aged individuals who have become cynical about love. Son Moo-han is a cold-hearted, successful advertising executive who lives a solitary life, while Ahn Soon-jin is a former flight attendant struggling with the aftermath of a tragic past and mounting debt. Their paths cross in an unexpected way, leading to a complex relationship defined by emotional baggage, past regrets, and the fear of vulnerability. As the narrative unfolds, the series delves into the themes of loneliness, forgiveness, and the possibility of finding companionship in the twilight of one's youth. Unlike typical romantic dramas, this show focuses on the realistic struggles of adulthood, highlighting how two broken people navigate the awkwardness of dating again and the difficult process of opening their hearts to someone new despite the looming shadows of their personal histories.
