Star Trek: Picard - Season 2

Set at the end of the 24th century, the second season of Star Trek: Picard finds Jean-Luc Picard and his companions thrust into an alternate reality in the year 2024. The omnipotent entity Q has altered the timeline, creating a dark and fascist Confederation of Earth where humanity rules the galaxy through xenocide and conquest. To restore the timeline and save the future of the galaxy, Picard and a ragtag crew must journey back to 21st-century Earth to find the divergence point, confronting deeply buried traumas from Picard's past along the way. During their mission in contemporary Los Angeles, the crew encounters unexpected allies, including a younger version of Guinan and the brilliant geneticist Dr. Adam Soong. Meanwhile, Picard must face his ancestral demons tied to the tragic history of his mother, Yvette, and his family home. With time running out and the Borg Queen exerting an insidious influence on the unfolding events, Picard and his team must race against the clock to mend the fractured timeline before the Confederation reality becomes permanent.
