Swedish Dicks is a comedy-drama series that follows the misadventures of Ingmar Andersson, a former Swedish stuntman turned private investigator living in Los Angeles, and Axel Krupp, a former DJ who becomes his unlikely business partner. Together, they form a struggling private investigation agency, taking on bizarre and often dangerous cases in the City of Angels while navigating their own cultural clashes and personal shortcomings. The series blends slapstick humor with noir-inspired mystery, highlighting the duo's desperate attempts to gain respect in the competitive world of L.A. private investigation. As they tackle everything from missing persons to high-stakes corporate espionage, they frequently cross paths with Jane McKinney, a rival investigator who constantly threatens to put them out of business, all while dealing with the eccentricities of their clients and their own complicated pasts.
