Swift and Shift Couriers

Swift and Shift Couriers is an Australian mockumentary television sitcom created, written, and directed by Paul Fenech. The series follows the chaotic, dysfunctional daily operations of the fictional Swift and Shift courier company's Maroubra branch in Sydney. Led by the inept and stressed manager Keith Campbell, the bizarre crew of delivery drivers, warehouse staff, and office workers constantly find themselves embroiled in absurd situations, workplace conflicts, and bizarre deliveries. The show relies heavily on satire, political incorrectness, and observational comedy to mock the logistics and courier industry. Major conflicts typically arise from corporate pressure to increase efficiency, compounded by the staff's incompetence, petty rivalries, and tendency to get distracted by eccentric customers and personal schemes. Throughout its run, the series highlights the hilarious friction between management's unrealistic expectations and the chaotic reality of front-line workers.
