Temptation of Wife

Temptation of Wife follows the story of Goo Eun-jae, a devoted and submissive housewife who suffers constant abuse from her husband, Jung Gyo-bin, and his family. After being betrayed by her husband and her best friend, Shin Ae-ri, who is pregnant with Gyo-bin's child, Eun-jae is left for dead in the ocean. She miraculously survives and is rescued by a wealthy woman who treats her like a daughter. Years later, Eun-jae returns with a completely new identity as Min So-hee, a sophisticated and confident woman. She sets out to systematically destroy her former husband and best friend by seducing Gyo-bin and infiltrating his family's business. The series is a quintessential revenge melodrama that explores themes of betrayal, transformation, and the consequences of greed.
